So my wife and I started making jerky because of a friend we have that made it at one time. We started making originally as just a hobby because we enjoyed the process and satisfaction of homemade jerky and then it started growing and turned into a side business to sell it at my jobs that I was working doing industrial construction. Time passed and we got away from it because of the intense dedication that goes  along with it. Recently we just started making it again and selling it primarily to the guys I worked with and now it has turned into a small business because we enjoy hearing all the positive feedback and motivational support from our customers.
